Library amenities include a drive-thru service window and 24-hour book return, teen room, toddler zone, storytime room, quiet reading room, laptops and portable charging wallets for checkout, and several computer stations. A variety of gathering spaces are available, including six study rooms, a business center, a conference room, and a large meeting room. Online Resources The library offers a wide variety of online resources for the community. Services such as Tutor.com, Transparent Languages, and Gale Courses provide interactive learning opportunities. The TexShare Databases include access to numerous research tools for all ages. Get a Card Coppell Residents Coppell residents can apply for a free library card with proof of residency and a photo ID. Non-Residents Non-residents can purchase a Cozby Library card for an annual, non-refundable fee of $40, valid for one year from the date of purchase, or a six-month card for a non-refundable fee of $20, valid for six months from the date of purchase. CISD Students and Employees Non-residents who are CISD students or employees can apply for a limited use library card. School ID is required. Business Card Non-residents who own a business or lead an organization that is located in the Coppell city limits or is a member of the Coppell Chamber of Commerce are eligible for a free limited-access business card with proof of business ownership.
